Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of 3D printed models, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a description and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom 3D printed models
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
