The process, published.

Five stages. What you provide at each one, what we deliver, and roughly how long it takes — written down here, not explained for the first time on a call.

The five stages

  1. 01

    Scope

You choose a fixed-scope package, or, for bespoke work, we confirm scope with you in writing. Nothing else starts until the price and inclusions are agreed.

    You provide

A package selection at checkout, or a short project brief through /contact/.

    We deliver

A written order confirmation — or, for bespoke work, a written scope note — stating exactly what's included, what isn't, the timeline and the price.

    Duration

Immediate for a package purchase; 1–3 business days for a bespoke scope note.

  2. 02

    Kickoff

We collect everything the project needs before design work starts, so nothing stalls mid-project waiting on an asset.

    You provide

Brand assets (logo, existing guidelines, image library), any relevant access, written copy or copy direction, and account logins we need.

    We deliver

A kickoff brief confirming the plan, a shared file structure, and a start date.

    Duration

Duration: 2–5 business days, depending on how quickly assets arrive — the one stage where you control the pace.

  3. 03

    Design

We produce the first round of design, wireframes or prototypes, depending on the service, and review it with you.

    You provide

Feedback within your package's stated revision rounds.

    We deliver

    First-round designs, wireframes or prototypes.

    Duration

Varies by package — see each package's stated turnaround.

  4. 04

    Build

The largest share of the timeline — design becomes a working build.

    You provide

Sign-off on final designs, and test feedback on a private staging build.

    We deliver

A working build in a staging environment, ready to test on a real device.

    Duration

The largest share of the package's stated turnaround.

  5. 05

    Launch

The work goes live and is handed over completely — nothing is held back.

    You provide

Final go-ahead and, where relevant, domain/hosting access.

    We deliver

The live, handed-off product, plus documentation for maintaining it yourself (CMS guide, design files, source code, or a coded design system, depending on the service).

    Duration

1–3 business days, inside the package's stated timeline.

What we need from you, in one list.

  • Your logo and brand assets, if they exist (Kickoff)
  • Copy, or clear direction for it, for every page/screen in scope (Kickoff)
  • Access to any account the project touches — domain, hosting, existing site, analytics (Kickoff and Launch)
  • Feedback within your package's stated revision rounds (Design)
  • A final go-ahead before we publish anything live (Launch)

How we communicate

  • Email as the default channel — every decision recorded in writing, not lost in a call
  • A shared file structure set up at Kickoff (Figma for design, a shared drive for assets)
  • Scheduled review points at each stage, not open-ended availability
  • A call by request at any stage — we'll meet you in Porto in person if that's easier

What tools we use

  • Figma for design and prototyping
  • A staging environment for every build, before anything goes live
  • The CMS, framework or stack confirmed in writing at Kickoff, chosen to fit the project
  • Plain, exportable file formats at handover — nothing locked to a tool only we can open

FAQ

What if I need more revision rounds than my package includes?

Extra rounds can be added at a stated price, confirmed before you use them — never billed after the fact without agreement.

What if I miss a Kickoff deadline for sending assets?

The timeline shifts by roughly the same delay — Kickoff's duration is the one stage that depends on how quickly you can respond, and we say so plainly rather than pretending it doesn't affect the schedule.

Can I speak to someone by phone or in person, not just email?

Yes — call +351 936 298 020 during our published hours, or visit Rua da Bainharia 148 in Porto. Email is the default record-keeping channel, not the only channel.

Is this process the same for a package purchase and a bespoke project?

The five stages are the same either way — the difference is only in Scope: a package purchase confirms scope instantly at checkout, a bespoke project confirms it in writing after a short exchange.
