Prices exclude VAT. Portuguese VAT (23%) applies by default; a valid EU VAT number from outside Portugal switches your order to the reverse-charge mechanism at 0%; non-EU orders are 0%, outside EU VAT scope.
"Fixed price" means fixed to the published scope. If your project needs more than a tier includes, add a listed add-on or move up a tier — both are priced the same way as everything else here.
Revision rounds are stated per package, not open-ended. Extra rounds can be added, at a stated price, agreed before you use them.
One tier is priced on request: Scale-Up Engagement, because ongoing engineering work genuinely doesn't fit a fixed scope. Every other package on this page is bought directly.

FAQ
Why is one tier "price on request" when everything else is published?
Scale-Up Engagement is genuinely open-ended, ongoing engineering work — it doesn't have a fixed scope to price against, unlike every other package here.
Do prices ever change after I've added something to my cart?
No — the price you see when you add a package is the price at checkout, for the scope described on that package's page.
Is there a discount for buying more than one package?
Not automatically — each package is priced individually. If you're commissioning several services together, use /contact/ to describe the combined project and we'll tell you honestly whether that changes anything.
How does VAT work if I'm ordering from outside Portugal?
A valid EU VAT number from a country other than Portugal switches your order to 0%, reverse charge. Non-EU orders are 0%, outside EU VAT scope. Format is checked at checkout; the studio verifies the number before invoicing.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not through the checkout in its current form — packages are paid in full at checkout. If that's a barrier for a larger package, mention it through /contact/.
What if I only need one thing from a tier, not everything in it?
Tiers are fixed scope, not à la carte — but a smaller tier or a bespoke enquiry may be a better fit than paying for inclusions you won't use.
